Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Building international business relations and supporting existing business partners
  • Support and development of the operation of the international business development department
  • Overseeing the work of the business development team
  • Developing the business development team, finding and training new colleagues
  • Continues foreign market support
  • Developing efficiency (introduction of new methods, implementation and accountability of guidelines)
  • Planning and supporting sales processes
  • Planning and overseeing the company's international business development strategy
  • Giving online presentations and holding online meetings
  • Professional representation of the company to its international partners
  • Representing the company abroad if needed
  • Flexible work schedule (international clients from several time zones)
  • Preparing business plans and submission for approval
  • Preparing the annual business plan of the business development department and submission for approval
  • Implementing approved business plans
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company for efficient customer service
  • Drawing up contracts together with the company's lawyers
  • Preparing business offers for customers


  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operating large systems internationally
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Experience in team building
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowing a second foreign language is an advantage
  • High emotional intelligence
